About CheckNext

Independent property intelligence for UK home buyers

Every property listing is written to sell. The estate agent is paid when you buy — not when you make the right decision. CheckNext exists to balance that equation, giving you an honest, independent assessment before you commit your time, money and trust.

Why we built this

Buying a home is the biggest financial decision most people make — and the process is stacked against the buyer. Listings are marketing documents. Photography is designed to flatter. Descriptions emphasise “potential” while hiding problems. The estate agent works for the seller, not for you.

We built CheckNext because we believed buyers deserved an independent advisor that has no interest in whether you buy. Something that reads between the lines of a listing, spots the things a viewing won't show you, and translates your surveyor's report into language you can actually act on.

CheckNext is your second opinion — powered by AI, grounded in UK property data, and completely independent.

Three stages. One smarter purchase.

1

Check the listing

Paste a URL. Get an instant risk assessment, running costs and viewing checklist.

2

Photograph the viewing

Upload your photos. AI spots damp, cracks and defects the agent didn't mention.

3

Review the survey

Upload the surveyor's report. Get a 5-year maintenance roadmap with costs.

Why buyers trust CheckNext

Completely independent

No estate agent affiliation, no developer partnerships, no mortgage referral fees. Our only customer is you.

AI-powered analysis

Our AI acts as a UK property maintenance expert — trained on construction data, EPC records and real-world property issues.

Data-driven insights

Running cost estimates, risk ratings and severity scores — not vague opinions. Numbers you can plan around.

Transparent and honest

We tell you what we think is wrong, not what you want to hear. If the listing looks fine, we'll say that too.
