• Property listing URLs you submit for analysis
• Analysis reports generated from those listings
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see card details)
• Usage counts (number of analyses performed)

How we use it

• To provide the property analysis service
• To enforce free tier limits and manage subscriptions
• To improve the AI analysis quality

Data storage

Data is stored in Google Firebase (EU region). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
